Processing Time

All orders are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your item to be created, cured, painted, and inspected before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are beyond our control.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rayflect5@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find the best resolution.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make changes before shipment.


Returns & Exchanges
